We are improving the way your online ticketing account works between 18:00 on Friday 26 April and 08:00 on Saturday 27 April. If you use an Oyster card, you will not be able to access your online account during this time. TfL's Oyster customer service line will also be closed during this time. You will still be able to top up and manage your Oyster card via the Oyster and Contactless app, Ticket Stops or ticket machines across the network. You can continue to use your Oyster card for travel. The Oyster part of your online account and TfL's Oyster customer service line will be available from 08:00 on Saturday 27 April.
